About the Event
The body holds the keys to emotional balance and overall well-being. If only we could access them!
During this workshop we will teach you useful techniques that will not only allow you to access these keys but will allow you to unlock blocks preventing you from experiencing true emotional freedom.
What do we mean by emotional freedom? We mean achieving balance through releasing old beliefs and/or pain that are “stuck” in the body. We can do this through an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as Tapping. As we release, we are creating space for new more positive beliefs and emotions.
We will also teach you techniques to help soothe the nervous system during moments of high stress. These are simple yet effective exercises that can be used anywhere and at anytime. Among them is the Peripheral Vision State. You don’t need any special tools; just your body!
Once we have taught you how to release blockages and soothe your nervous system, you’ll be given a technique to really lock in those new more positive feelings. This will be done using a Neurolinguistic Programming Technique called Anchoring.

We will be meeting on April 17th from 2pm-4pm at our Cooper City location. Space is limited to 10 people due to Covid guidelines. We also ask that all guests wear masks. Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
