Public speaking is often mentioned as one of the biggest personal fears. We are all born with two innate fears, fear of loud noises and fear of falling. Everything else is a limiting belief. At some point in life, a decision was made that public speaking was way outside the comfort zone. Is it possible to make a different decision? ABSOLUTELY!
Your presenters for this powerful workshop have personal experience and expertise in overcoming fear related to public speaking. Whether your goal is improved communication, self-confidence, empowerment or speaking on a stage, the information and tools presented during the event will create value.
During this workshop we will teach you the purpose of fear and how to use it to your advantage as well as neuropsychological techniques to manage fears. This includes embracing and owning fear, cognitive-behavioral techniques to challenge fear, shifting to an excited mindset and easy breathing exercises to reduce anxiety.
We will also review several NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques to release negative emotions, anchor positive states, conquer limiting beliefs and create rapport in any social setting. NLP works on the principle that everyone has all the resources they need to make positive changes in their own life. The process is powerful and facilitates change at the conscious and unconscious level. The workshop will provide valuable education and many tools to walk away with at the end of the day.
