About the event
Yoga isn't about extreme twists and poses, its about honoring your body and learninghow to listen to its cues. We invite you to explore your temple in a different more compassionate way. For 60 minutes we forget about our environments and tune into our inner worlds.
Did you know emotions are trapped within our bodies, even the ones we've long since forgotten? Why is that? Because the body keeps the score, while your mind may move on to other things your body harbors emotional memory. Together
we move through a restorative yoga flow to help release “stuck” energy within our physical bodies. Even if you think, you don't have anything you need to release, come invite ease into your weekend, and have fun with others in your community and myself, Barbara Alonso.

- Parking is free and plentiful!
